Black Garlic Beef Burger

Serves 2


  • 2 brioche buns (toasted)
  • 2 best beef burgers
  • 2 slices of raclette or other melting cheese
  • gherkins
  • black garlic mayo
  • black garlic cloves
  • tomato & lettuce


  1. Dice 2-3 cloves of black garlic
  2. Add to a bowl with the burgers and combine, then reform the patties and chill
  3. BBQ the burgers until cooked to your desired taste (we like ours a little pink still)
  4. Top with the melty cheese
  5. Add all your other fab toppings to the burger and serve in the toasted brioche buns for BBQ perfection.
