Black Garlic Beef Burger

Ingredients
- 2 brioche buns (toasted)
- 2 best beef burgers
- 2 slices of raclette or other melting cheese
- gherkins
- black garlic mayo
- black garlic cloves
- tomato & lettuce
Preparation
- Dice 2-3 cloves of black garlic
- Add to a bowl with the burgers and combine, then reform the patties and chill
- BBQ the burgers until cooked to your desired taste (we like ours a little pink still)
- Top with the melty cheese
- Add all your other fab toppings to the burger and serve in the toasted brioche buns for BBQ perfection.
