Black Garlic Mayo

Ingredients

• Mayonnaise of choice (we love Stokes, they are local to us and use free range eggs)
• Black Garlic Paste

Preparation

1. Stir together the mayo and black garlic paste, we do approx a 4:1 ratio of mayo to black garlic, but add to your taste
2. If you want to be super snazzy fold through some chopped fresh herbs (parsley or chives work best) and add some freshly ground black pepper.
