Shipping is free for all orders over of £30 or over (orders under £30 shipping is £5.50)

Postage and packing prices for orders are quoted for delivery addresses within the UK only. For deliveries to the Channel Islands or anywhere else in the world please contact us.

All orders are sent via DPD, you will be provided with tracking information, we aim to post within 2 days of receiving the order; all orders are dispatched Monday to Thursday only.

If there is a delay for any reason we will email you. We aim to despatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt. Monday to Thursday. If we are unable to despatch your order within 72 hours for any reason we will, of course, contact you to discuss alternatives.

If suitable alternatives cannot be made we will arrange a full refund.
Back Orders; if an item is out of stock we will email you with the option to either choose a replacement, cancel your order or we will tell you when we can fulfil it and you may wish to wait for delivery.
